Description

This Project is an annual system improvement project that entails rehabilitation/replacement of 6”, 8” and 12” diameter water line within areas that were identified as high priority areas where frequent water breaks have occurred and high failure risks are possible. The issues related to the pipelines could be related to asset age, expansive soils, corroded pipe and appurtenances. This phase of the programed improvements will be within one multi-family complex (Eleven One Eleven) and two commercial complexes (Sixth & Sable Plaza & Quincy Place) and one Arterial Roadway (Potomac St – Alameda to Bayaud).
