Administration Building, Out Building and Maintenance Garage Roof Repairs

The work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and sealing of box gutters, snow guards, sealing of ridge seams, sealing of duct curbs and pipe penetrations, repair of gable end flashing, and repair of gutter. The roofs are not being replaced, just repair work. The Administration Building is a shingled roof. The Out Building is a metal roof. The Maintenance Garage is shingled and metal. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond in favor of Monroeville Municipal Authority in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the prevailing minimum wages as established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown on the applicable schedule. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
