| Description | This project consists of, but is not limited to: Phase I Renovations’ scope will address only the third-floor level of the facility. The work shall include, but not be limited to the following verbal description of work without force and effect on the requirements of the Contract Documents: 1. Demolition of existing vinyl floor tile and wall base. 2. Remove ceiling paint to underside of deck. 3. Remove acoustical ceiling tile, and grid. 4. Remove ceramic tile to public restrooms. 5. Remove existing carpet tile. 6. Provide resilient tile as illustrated in drawing scope. 7. Provide new acoustical ceiling tile and grid. |
