Description

Remove concrete and brick landing at the side entry. Pour two postholes to support a 4x4 ft landing. Build landing and steps out of treated lumber. Anchor to house using proper fasteners, that are approved for load and weight of landing with steps. Handrail on landing and both sets of steps. Permit required. Remove cap on front stoop. Stabilize the stoop and room from sinking any further. Once the two places have been stabilized then pour new cap and steps. Call Jeff Laxton 309-732-2906 on information on the stabilization. Attach handrails to code 2015 IRC. Permit required.
