Cleaning Services for Fairbank Center Complex

The Town of Sudbury is soliciting bids from experienced cleaning services contractors to provide cleaning of the Fairbank Center Complex, 40 Fairbank Rd. The Town of Sudbury is soliciting bids from experienced cleaning services contractors to provide cleaning of the Fairbank Center Complex, 40 Fairbank Rd. consisting of three areas: Teen/Senior Center including gymnasium and kitchen and Park and Recreation offices; Sudbury Public Schools Administrative Offices, and the optional Atkinson Pool section, with the exception of the swimming pool and deck and mechanical and electrical rooms, but including locker rooms and corridor from locker rooms to pool and the reception and lounge area. For areas A, B, and C, bids are solicited for the fourteen-month period commencing July 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023, with an option to extend the contract period for any one or more of the areas for one or more additional months/weeks at the Town's discretion and upon notification from Town to contractor prior to August 31, 2023. For area C, due to adjacent construction and work on the adjacent pool, shutdowns during which no services will be required are for a 27-day period currently projected between August 15 and September 10, 2022, and for a 40-day period currently projected between May 29, 2023 and July 7, 2023. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury.
