Description

Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for Sacramento River East Levee, Contract 3: Construction of approximately 2 miles of varying types of seepage cutoff walls including open trench Soil-Bentonite (SB) and Slag Cement-Cement-Bentonite (SCCB) Cutoff Walls, and Deep Mix Method (DMM) Cutoff Walls. Construction of the cutoff walls is along a continuous reach of SREL within the Big Pocket area of Sacramento, CA. The scope also includes relocation and removal of multiple levee encroachments within the work area, removal and replacement of City of Sacramento Sump 70, and removal, handling, import, and disposal of soils.
