| Description | The scope of tasks is described below: 1. Painting: Paint the entire locker room with durable water resistant matching paint. The locker room will be in one color. 2. Flooring: Repair concrete floor (cracks and holes and leveling) and provide and install tile flooring to include trimming. 3. Tape and Texture: Provide and complete tape and texturing. Match rock wall to existing wall. 4. Electrical: Move/close electrical outlets on north wall. Provide and install lights in locker room and over vanity area. 5. Toilet: Provide and install one water efficient toilet and provide and install ADA compliant stall partition. 6. Shower: Provide and install on 48” x 48” ADA compliant shower stall. 7. Vanity: Provide and install a one sink vanity on north wall. Provide and install paper towel dispenser near the vanity. 8. Ventilation Fan: Provide and install one ventilation fan in the shower area. |
