Description

Construction of the W. S. Mims Community Center Renovation at 516 Mims Drive, McCormick, SC 29835. The Project consists of the renovation to the existing McCormick W. S. Mims Civic Center building. Portions of the existing building will be demolished, remaining portions of the building are to receive a new roof system, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The finishes throughout the building will be updated and a new steel framed entry tower feature will be constructed. The exterior masonry will be repaired and painted along with portions of the building receiving new metal panels.
