Demo (2) existing Bryan Boilers and disposal Demo existing pipe, valves, fittings associated with boiler Install (2) new high efficient Lochinvar FTXL850 Boiler, M-13 Safety Controls (2) new variable speed boiler pumps Boilers to be piped in primary secondary configuration New boilers must be provided with BAC Net integration card Install new pipe, valves and fittings associated with new boiler Demolition of existing steel vent up to existing water heater Demo and replace existing gas water heater with new 40 gallon electric New backflow preventer Install new filter feeder provided by customer New PVC venting and combustion air terminated through roof New Condensate neutralizer and condensate piping New gas regulators and venting All electrical work by licensed electrician CSD-1 Emergency Shut Offs Any necessary code updates for boilers Insulate all new piping to match existing Design Drawings and Engineering Core Drilling Wall patching and caulking Roof Work and Flashing Cranes and rigging CSD-1 testing Owner Training Permits All asbestos work and testing by others
