Description

Plans consist of 28 total units. The 7 buildings will be fourplex style attached single unit dwellings. Generally located north of E 49th S, east of S 5th W, south of E Sunnyside Rd., west of S Holmes Ave and directly south of Taylor View Middle School. As of September 23, 2022, the third review for the final plat has been complete. Corrections were required from survey on that review and those comments were returned to the engineer. This project has not yet been scheduled for City Council. A construction start date has not been disclosed.
