2022 Drainage District No. 103 Tile Improvements

Bids can be submitted at the Humboldt County Auditor's Office located at 208 Main Street, Dakota City, Iowa. $265,000 Base Bid; $315,000 Alternate #1; $351,000 Alternate #2; $376,000 Alternate #3. Consists generally of approximately 4,500 LF of 18" to 12" RCP for the Base Bid, 24" to 12" RCP for Bid Alternate #1, 18" to 12" HDPE for Bid Alternate #2, and 24" to 12" HDPE for Bid Alternate #3. Work also included tile connections, an intake structure, and road ditch re-grading, together with related subsidiary and incidental work to complete the project. The work involved in the 2022 DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 103 TILE IMPROVEMENTS, for the Base Bid consists generally of approximately 4,500 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) tile installation ranging from 18" to 12" in diameter, intakes, road ditch re-grading, tile connections, together with related subsidiary and incidental work in Drainage District No. 103. Bid alternates include options for larger RCP tile as well as plastic pipe alternatives. Work includes: 1. Furnishing and placing all pipe and structures as per details herein. 2. Connecting all existing tiles encountered. 3. Removal and replacement of fences as necessary.
