Provide and Install LED Replacement Interior Lighting for the Davisburg Garage

The project consists of the following specifications: • All electrical work must be completed by a State of Michigan licensed electrician • Obtain and complete needed electrical permits and inspections for the project as required • Document current amp load to relays for lighting system banks • Power down and lock/out breakers for required lamp replacements • Unwire and remove 52 existing Metal Halide high bay fixtures from drop stem • Contractor will remove discarded fixtures from site and properly dispose of them daily during project • Reuse existing wiring between lighting and ceiling as possible • Install 52 high bay LED lamps with Lithonia brand JCBL o 24000 lumens o ACFR frosted acrylic o MVOLT multi volt o GZ10 driver o 50K color temperature o 80CRI color rendering index o PM Pendant mount o DWHXD finish • Rewire per electrical code regulations • Return lighting system to operational status • Document new amp load to relays for lighting system banks • Provide the Road Commission for Oakland County a minimum of a 3 year warranty for parts from the manufacturer to the end user of the equipment
