| Description | This Contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority's Project Labor Agreement and, as part of its bid, the Bidder must submit (1) a Letter of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement signed by the Bidder and (2) Letters of Assent signed by each of the Bidder's proposed Subcontractors. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit all Letters of Assent signed by the Bidder's proposed Subcontractors along with the Bidder's Bid.
