RFP - Design-Build of Signal Light at County Road 315 and Spring Park Elementary

The Board reserves the right and power to reject any and all Bids without cause and to waive technical and non-technical or non-material defects in the Request for Bids or submittal of any Bid, and in its discretion to re-advertise the Request for Bids. The Board reserves the right to award Request for Bids which would be in the Best Interest of the County. Interested vendors are advised that the Clay County Board of County Commissioners has a local preference policy and Buy American policy. The original Cashier or Certified Check must be received by the Purchasing Department no later than two (2) business days after the RFB due date.Evaluation Committee Meeting :May 23, 2023, 1:00pm 477 Houston Street Administrative Building - Fourth Floor Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. Board of County Commissioners :June 13, 2023, 4:00pm. This Project consists of the design and construction of a Traffic Controlled T-Intersection for Spring Park Elementary School's southerly (parent) entrance. The work shall include, but is not limited to, the design of the signal, obtaining utility services, installation of conduit, wiring, traffic signal poles, traffic signal heads and all other necessary components to have a fully functioning traffic signal.
