| Description | Carroll County Public Schools, herein called CCPS, is contracting for all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, necessary to demolish existing one (1) WALK-IN COOLER and one (1) FREEZER, furnish, deliver, and install one (1) WALK-IN COOLER and one (1) WALK-IN FREEZER in accordance with the attached terms, specifications and general conditions. This project is intended to be “turnkey” as far as installation is concerned. Meaning successful bidder will include all costs for mechanical permit and electrical permit. Price must include all demolition work and removal of debris including the existing one (1) walk-in cooler and one (1) walk-in freezer and associated refrigeration systems. All electrical power wiring and control wiring must be included for the new walk-in freezer. |
