For proposals exceeding $50,000, the bidder is required to submit a bid bond for the amount of five-percent (5%) of the total price, together with the proposal. The Bid Bond shall conform to the requirement stated in the GCCs. The bidder may submit a certified check or cashier's check in the required amount as a substitute for the bid bond.
