Zeltman Life Safety Systems Upgrade

The New York Power Authority, hereinafter referred to as the "Authority", seeks to retain a qualified Contractor to design, furnish, deliver, install, test, commission, and obtain acceptance of the Zeltmann Administration Building upgraded Fire Alarm System and Lighting System with ceiling renovations: Replacement and Upgrade of the Zeltmann Administration Building Fire Alarm System (FAS, Replacement and Upgrade of the Zeltmann Administration Building Lighting and Ceiling. Field survey the facility and existing systems. Conduct site investigations to confirm existing conditions and locations. Provide two separate independent design packages, one for Fire Alarm System, and another for Lighting System with ceiling renovations. Provide all services for all required permits in coordination with the Authority. The Authority is a self-permitting agency. Furnish all materials and equipment required for the Zeltmann Administration Building Fire Alarm System, lighting system and ceiling renovations. It should be noted that it is generally the intent of this project to design, install, test, commission and obtain acceptance of the Work in floor-by-floor sections.
