Preventive Maintenance of Elevators

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Creedmoor Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Elevator Systems at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 79-25 Winchester Boulevard, Queens Village, NY 11427. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Elevators 2 and 4 in Building 40, covered under this contract agreement are part of a major elevator renovation construction project at the Facility. During the renovation timeframe for each elevator the Contractor will not be responsible for the maintenance or be allowed to invoice the Monthly Rate for maintenance, for those elevators until renovation completion and OMH acceptance of the elevators. The renovated elevators will then begin coverage under the terms of this agreement, with any repairs as a result of the renovations performed, covered under the one-year construction installation warranty. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, August 3, 2023, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on August 10, 2023.
