Mechanical and Flanged Fittings for Dutile Iron Pipe

Mechanical joints for fittings shall conform to the latest revision of American Water Works Association specification C111. All fittings 3" through 12" shall be standard short body fittings conforming to the latest revision of American Water Works Association specification C153 for 250 PSI water pressure. All MJ fittings shall be furnished complete with bolts, nuts follower glands and gaskets. Fittings to be double thickness cement lined and seal coated in accordance with the latest revision of American Water Works Association specification C104. Payment for fittings shall be on the basis on American Water Works Association C110 published body weights for mechanical joint fittings, not including accessories and not including cement lining weights
