Nutrient Reduction Wetland Project

In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation, grading, tile installation, an in-line water control structure, rolled erosion control blanket, and seeding. This project includes around 6,321 cubic yards of earthwork, 2120 square feet of tied concrete mat, 3,367 linear feet of tile installation, 204 tons of stone and rirpap,6,000 square yards of rolled erosion control blanket and 18.5 acres of seeding Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and shall include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%). Bidders must also be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. To be considered in a final addendum, written questions must be received by 3:00 PM on September 12, 2023. The Division reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and irregularities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
