Third St. N. Van Buren St. on West Elem Ave. in the City of Enid. - F-2303C project. The work shall encompass the reparing of RCC Box in line one and repairing of egg-shaped Brick masonry storm sewer from line 2 to line 8. It has limited access locations. It is contractor's responsibility to make arrangements and safety of workers since it is under ground closed storm sewer line. The items included in this construction are as follows: 1. Reinforced Concrete Box Storm sewer. 5 -6-ft height x 7.5' ft span reinforced concrete box shaped a. existing storm sewer line at line one need repairs to improve stability functioning of storm sewer line. Repairs are clarified in to 3 conditions. Some areas rebars are exposed and rusted: Clean damaged concrete and rusted rebar. As per specification and drawing attached. Follow the construction method shown in 521.04-D-(2) (ODOT Specification SECTION 521- PNEUMATICALLY APPLIED MORTAR). Repairs are graded as 4 in attached repair locations b.
