Description | The work will be located in Kittery, Maine at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. This procurement is a service for the transport and disposal of biomedical waste. -The Contractor shall perform Biomedical, Non-Regulated Pharmaceutical, and Trace Chemotherapy Waste Collection and Disposal services in compliance with applicable Federal, state and local statutes and regulations, and with DoD and Navy policies, instructions and guidance. -The Contractor shall manage discarded Biomedical Waste, Non-Regulated Pharmaceutical, and Trace Chemotherapy Waste; to ensure the installation to ensure the installation complies with Federal, state and local statutes and regulations, and with DoD and Navy policies, instructions and guidance. -The Contractor shall provide supplies for discarded Biomedical, Non-Regulated Pharmaceutical, and Trace Chemotherapy Waste accumulation areas to ensure the installation complies with Federal, state and local statutes and regulations, and with DoD and Navy policies, instructions, guidance, and permit conditions. -The Contractor shall provide discarded Biomedical, Non-Regulated Pharmaceutical, and Trace Chemotherapy Waste collection and removal services to ensure the installation complies with Federal, state and local statutes and regulations, and with DoD and Navy policies, instructions and guidance. -The Contractor shall provide Biomedical, Non-Regulated Pharmaceutical, and Trace Chemotherapy Waste transportation services to ensure the installation complies with Federal, state and local statutes and regulations, and with DoD and Navy policies, instructions and guidance. -The Contractor shall dispose of Biomedical, Non-Regulated Pharmaceutical, and Trace Chemotherapy Waste to ensure the installation complies with Federal, state and local statutes and regulations, and with DoD policies, instructions and guidance. | ||
