Remove & Replace Six Overhead Doors for District 4 at multiple locations

Note that Vendors may bid on any line item individually, or multiple and/or all line items, as line items are NOT linked. (See Attribute #3). The Iowa DOT is re-bidding this solicitation to replace numerous doors at various locations. While the specifications may look the same, please refer to the required specification number identified under the line item tab for each garage location. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the IONwave Bid system on or before the cut off date and time as indicated in the solicitation.
