Five (5) Trade Contractor Packages (Track 1): Acoustical Tile (Track 1); Painting (Track 1); Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems (Track 1); HVAC (Track 1); Electrical (Track 1), for the McCormack State Office Building - Future of Work Renovations, Boston, MA. This project is for construction of renovations within a 21-story building located next to the State House in downtown Boston. The scope of work for this Project involves a total of approximately 170,000 square feet on 13 separate floors for 11 distinct agencies. Areas of renovation generally include offices, open workstation areas, conference and hearing rooms, support spaces, and kitchenettes.
