| Description | It is the intent of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to obtain a Contractor who shall furnish and deliver Cementitious Material to be used with the Commission's water and sewer system to the Commissions warehouse on an "as needed" basis. The Contract shall be for a base term of three (3) years. All prices shall remain firm for the initial period of the Contract. The Contract may be extended for an additional two (2) one-year options, or any portion thereof, at the sole option and discretion of the Commission.
