Description	Providing Environmental Noise Analysis on an on-call basis necessary to provide support to SCDOT Staff in accordance with the SCDOT Traffic Noise Abatement Policy. Requested services include but are not limited to the following Primary Objectives: (1) Utilize the latest software specified by the FHWA. (2) Identify sensitive receivers in the project vicinity. (3) Measure existing noise levels in the project area. (4) Predict future noise levels for all reasonable build alternatives under consideration in NEPA document. (5) Preliminary and detailed noise abatement analyses. (6) Documentation of all findings and results. (7) Quality Assurance/Quality Control review of traffic noise abatement reports submitted to SCDOT.
