Description

1. Open trench excavation and directional drilling for new PVC and/or HDPE transmission lines. 2. Placing waterline, fittings, appurtenances, connection vault, pressure testing, disinfecting, and connections to existing waterlines. 3. Decommissioning of existing PRV vault located along existing Highway 290 transmission line. 4. Installation of service line PRV's within existing service meter vaults at existing service locations located along existing Highway 290 transmission line downstream of existing main line PRV (to be decommissioned). 5. Installation of SCADA/PLC system upgrades and modifications. Including installation of electrical upgrades from existing Rodeo Sanitary Sewer Pump Station to proposed Treated Water Connection Vault. 6. Regrading and reseeding disturbed areas Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. - Article 3. Successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds in the amount of at least 100% of awarded contract price.
