Community Development Block Grant Business Facade Grant Project 15-19 Main Street

The owners of the building located at 15-19 Main Street, Belfast, Maine, seek qualified vendors to provide bids for the following services: Maintenance to the exterior of 15-19 Main Street, Belfast, Maine, including painting trim, installing building wrap, replacing rotting boards, siding replacement and gutter installation (the full bid package contains additional information regarding this scope of work). This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Facade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply for this project. Questions regarding this project can also be directed to Ms. LaRochelle. The City of Belfast reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
