Roof Replacements

Town Hall Construction includes, but is not limited to, the following: selective demolition of existing built-up roofing, EPDM roofing, misc. metal copings and trim, asbestos removal and installation of vapor barrier, rigid insulation, tapered insulation, EPDM, roof scuppers and gravel stop copings and trim. Senior Center Contract No.1 - General Construction: Construction includes, but is not limited to, the following: selective demolition of existing main building metal roof system and insulation, selective demolition of the existing canopy metal roof building system and trim, the installation of vapor barrier, insulation, standing seam metal roof on the main building roof, gutters, downspouts, and the installation of a standing seam metal roof and misc. trim on the existing canopy. Additive Bid Item: Additive Bid Item No. 1 (Town Hall): Unit price cost for the removal of existing damaged metal decking and replacement with metal roof decking (per square foot of removal and replacement of metal roof decking). Alternate Bid Item: Alternate Bid Item No. 1 (Senior Center): Construction includes, but is not limited to, the following: selective demolition of existing main building metal roof system, existing insulation to remain in place, selective demolition of the existing canopy metal roof building system and trim, the installation of an insulated metal panel roof system on the main building roof, gutters, downspouts, and the installation of a standing seam metal roof and misc. trim on the existing canopy.
