Grafton County Complex Paving Project

The selected contractor must begin work no later than August 09, 2023 and must complete all associated work within 4-weeks of start date unless otherwise extended by contract documents. The Grafton County Commissioners are soliciting bids to pave various portions of county complex parking lots and drives. All interested bidders must schedule a site visit between April 17 and May 5 to view the required work firsthand and pick up a copy of the Scope of Work from our maintenance superintendent, Jim Oakes (PH: 603-787-2700 at Extension 1). Any buds submitted without following this process will be rejected BE IN ENVELOPES AND MUST BE MARKED: "SEALED BID-Grafton County Complex Paving Project" SELECTED BIDDER REQUIREMENTS: Sign an Agreement for the subject work a Provide Certificates of Insurance for the following coverage: General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence: $2,000,000 aggregate Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit Workers' Compensation as required by statute Employer's Liability of $100,000/$500,000/$100,000
