To provide a Cape Seal on the on approximately 710,832.00 square feet (59,059.05 square yards) of roadways located in the City of Central City (the “work”) an application of polymerized emulsified asphalt, cover coat aggregate, followed by a polymerized Slurry Seal to the Central City Parkway.
