| Description | Athletic facilities to be successful, it must be clean and well maintained. 1.Provide comprehensive Custodial Services at the highest possible industry standards for repair, maintenance, operation and appearance throughout the Athletic Facilities while ensuring operating cost efficiencies and the best value to the University 2.Provide superior customer service in a manner that is highly responsive to the needs of the of the Athletic Department, its coaches, its student-athletes and its guests 3.Conduct Custodial Services in a first-class, professional, businesslike, and efficient manner while providing a high quality of service consistent with best practices in Division I Athletic programs 4.Possess the flexibility and adaptability to respond to immediate Athletic Department facility needs upon request 5.Provide the University with billing options that will provide cost-effective billing and staffing for a variety of events and activities (i.e., small private events to large major public events) 6.Provide required cost-estimates and invoicing statements in a timely manner 7.Involve all segments of the community including University students and local residents in employment and business opportunities directly or indirectly created by the Custodial Services operation | ||
