Construction Services Emery Field Phase 2

The project includes installation of a new playground, basketball court, pickleball courts, completion of a walking path, and improvements to the parking lot. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance of the work as specified in these contract documents. The Emery Field Phase 2 Renovations project plans, drawings and schedules are provided as an attachment to this IFB. The work of this Contract includes improvements to Emery Field and includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Installation and maintenance of erosion controls 2. Removal of existing site fixtures, surfacing, pavements, trees, and other elements. 3. Excavation, backfill and grading 4. Installation of pre-purchased play equipment 5. Supply and installation of park amenities including safety surfacing, benches, and café tables 6. Pavement installation 7. Tree, shrub, and groundcover planting 8. Installation of Basketball and Pickleball Courts 9. Installation of decorative and BVCL fencing 10. Other improvements as outlined on the drawings.
