Roadways: Pave Stadium Way Nevada to Grimes

This project is intended to grind away the top 2" of existing asphalt and replace with new asphalt per design specs. This work will take place for approximately 1,400 linear feet of roadway along Stadium Way from Nevada Street to the entrance of the Smith Center Parking Lot. Stadium way is a 4-lane roadway with a concrete center median for most of this section. Grind and Replace Asphalt from Smith Center Parking Lot to Grimes Way Grind and Replace Asphalt from Grimes Way to Wilson Road. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions received less than 5 Days before the time of bid opening may not be answered. All issued addenda shall be incorporated into these Contract Documents.
