Description

**As of January 20,2023 project was awarded to Clayton Homes of Bernalillo, awarded amount is $98,102.19.** The Bernalillo County Purchasing Section, of the Procurement and Business Services Department, on behalf of the Bernalillo County Housing Department is soliciting Request for Bids for Removal of Existing Home and Installation of a New Factory Built Home for E. Padilla. Contractor will provide, deliver & set-up a 2021 or newer 18'x72' or a16'x76' three-bedroom, two bath, energy star rated pre-manufactured home. The contractor is responsible for coordinating with utility companies to disconnect all service and reconnect all services, including, electrical, gas, water & sewer utilities. All work must be done by a licensed plumbing and electrical contractor in the State of NM. The contractor is responsible for procuring all permits required, providing, and installing new electrical service pole (if required). The pre-manufactured home must be set on-site per NM and local codes. The contractor is to furnish a site plan (if required) and obtain all permits. The contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of existing pre-manufactured home. Contractor to verify if existing home has wheels and axles, some homes do not which will increase cost of removal.
