Dental Renovation

As of February 7, 2023, the project is pending award. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Interior remodeling of existing dental program facility spaces, including new gyp board partitions, flooring, suspended ceiling. Modifying of existing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, low voltage, and fire protection. New demountable partitions including glass and doors and door hardware. Coordinate with Owner supplied dental casework and equipment. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 12, 2022 Pre-Qualification:Yes Project Scope: Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: -Interior demolition of the existing Dental Program facility spaces including existing casework and dental equipment (as identified on the documents). -Demolition of existing plumbing, vacuum lines, electrical which supply existing dental equipment and facility spaces. Demolition as required for modified HVAC system. -Construction of new Dental Program facility, including new gypsum board partitions, architectural casework, suspended acoustic tile ceilings, carpet, vinyl flooring, paint, and other finishes and construction as identified on the documents. -Coordination of installation and provision of final utility connections to new dental equipment which will be supplied and installed under a separate contract. -New plumbing, vacuum, electrical, lighting, and low voltage lines supplying new dental equipment and reconfigured spaces, including a new piped medical gas system. -Modification of the existing HVAC and sprinkler system for reconfigured spaces.
