Manitowoc County Courthouse Restroom Remodel

Renovation to historic toilet rooms on three floors of the existing County Courthouse Building and an Alternate Bid for remodeling to a first floor office. Work will be sequenced to complete toilet rooms on one floor at a time to allow remaining toilet rooms to remain operational (anticipated order of work is to start at the lowest level and work upward). Work will include demolition of existing fixtures, equipment, and finishes, and reconfiguration and installation of new fixtures, equipment, and finishes. Work will include plumbing, mechanical, and electrical renovations.
