Description Work under MCC-IV shall be performed in the construction category which may include, but is not limited to, maintenance, repair, painting, alteration, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, civil, earthwork, fencing, structural, steel fabrication and or welding, roofing, building renovations, building construction, demolition and United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) projects. Work to be performed under MCC-IV may include any of the disciplines listed in North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $36.5 million. Contractors will be expected to accomplish a wide variety of construction projects. Specific projects will be defined in each of the subsequently issued delivery orders and will vary in size, scope and complexity. Under the delivery orders, the contractor will be required to furnish all management, labor, equipment and/or materials necessary for the performance of construction, demolition, modification, repair and/or rehabilitation of facilities located onsite at MSFC.
