**As of December 16, 2022 project was awarded to Southern Trenchless Solutions , awarded amount is $1,492,750.20 ** Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: Project Name: Consent Decree Group 5 - Manhole Rehabilitation The project includes: The rehabilitation and repair of approximately 242 sanitary sewer manholes and approximately 171 sanitary sewer cleanouts. This project also includes the replacement of 1 manhole. Questions concerning this project shall be submitted 72 hours prior to bid opening Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY.
