| Description | Contract is to provide Winter Weather Event (WWE) Support pursuant to forecast temperatures below freezing with expected ice formation on bridges during winter months in the event that Department contractors, under contracts E2V97 and E2X03, fail, refuse, or are otherwise unable to perform WWE Support as required by the Department pursuant to these contracts. As such, contractors obligated to provide WWE Support under contract E2V97 or E2X03 are not eligible to submit a bid for this Contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, mobile equipment (i.e., pickup trucks), fuel, and incidentals to complete the work described in this Contract. Activities include, but are not limited to, pre-event planning, coordination, and field operations (day and/or night) during potentially hazardous inclement weather.
