Roof Replacement at Cupertino Middle School

District seeks replacement of approximately 30,000 square feet of asphalt shingles with new asphalt singles and sheet metal flashings on four (4) classroom wings along with a designated area of the administration building. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): C-39 - Roofing Contractor To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District, cash, a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Cupertino Union School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid.
