RFP Design- LHS/ CLS Asphalt Replacement

Request A/E design services for pre-design through construction administration for repaving roads and parking lots at Lincoln Hills/Copper Lake School. The A/E design team for this project shall have expertise and be well experienced in the design of asphalt paved surfaces. Interested A/E design teams should indicate specific projects from past experience (including size, cost, and completion date) in their letters of interest and when known, include proposed consulting partners and any specialty consultants. This project will involve replacing asphalt roads and parking areas on the grounds of Lincoln Hills/Copper Lake Schools. Work may also include subgrade improvements, as necessary. A firm timeline has not been esstablished.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
