Interior Buildout & Remodel Trades: Plumbing - Two restrooms, mop sink, DR, eye wash and breakroom sink. Electric - Install owner supplied, lighting and EMS. Install service wiring and transfer switch for future generator. Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC - Existing RTUs. Supply and install fully insulated ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Sprinkler - Rework existing sprinkler system for new wall and ceiling layouts.
