| Description | The City of Tallahassee Electric Utility is seeking a contractor to provide semi-annual battery testing of all our NiCad and lead acid battery banks at the City of Tallahassee's substations and power plants. This also includes performing load testing of the battery banks. This service covers the maintenance of one multiple-cell battery bank at each location as shown in the Statement of Work.
