145th Street East Warehouse and Distribution Development

The project scope includes the new construction of three 224,000-square-foot buildings and a 158,000-square-foot warehouse building. As of September 16, 2022 the project is in planning stage. Planning approval is complete. A building permit application has not been submitted to the city. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before the second quarter of 2023.
