Sagtikos Manor Carriage House Improvements - Phase 1

Renovate exterior and interior of Western Wing of existing Carriage house, new plumbing, install new HVAC system, ne electrical wiring, lighting and fire alarm system, any and all utility work, minor demolition and disposal of existing plater at walls & ceilings, plumbing, electrical & HVAC system. Restore existing windows, storms & doors. Finish both interior and exterior to blend with existing construction. The existing first floor bath will be gutted & redone as staff bathroom. Provide ne wgirder and floor joiss with bridging at the first floor. Provide new concrete girder supports. Install new insulation. Furnish & install new general construction components not limited to new concrete piers, carpentry framing, drywall at walls and ceilings, millwork, wood flooring, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
