Description | SOLICITATION N40080-23-R-0020 - LARGE BUSINESS MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (related notice ID: N4008021R0003) This UNRESTRICTED procurement w ill be conducted using formal source selection procedures and aw ard w ill be based on best value to the Government considering non-priced factors, w hich are cited in the solicitation. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington, Washington Navy Yard, DC requires a large business multiple aw ard construction contract to perform various large dollar design-build and design-bid-build projects in the NAVFAC Washington area of responsibility to include the metropolitan Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia locations. Work may be executed through any NAVFAC location w ithin the Continential United States. This contract provides for aw rd of individual 'Task Orders" for procurement and administration at various NAVFAC Washington activities.All inquiries must be submitted in writing and received by the Contract Specialist fourteen calendar days prior to the solicitation closing date in order to permit adequate time to reply to the inquiry. There is no guarantee that PPI's submitted after the cut-off date will be answered before the solicitation closes. Submit all questions to Kennett.a.morris.civ@us.navy.mil.
