ISU Old Union 3rd Floor Redevelopment

Renovation of approximately 720 sq ft of existing office space on the third floor of the Old Union on the campus of Illinois State University - Rooms 301, 301A, 301B, & 301C. Work to include, but not limited to: Demolition of partition wall, drop ceiling, carpet, interior glass partition, flooring, lighting, electrical, ventilation, data. The space will be reconfigured into three new offices approximately 240 sq ft each. Work will include, but not limited to: Installation of new partitions, ceilings, base, carpet flooring, floor prep, door frames, doors, door hardware, lighting, wall patch, wall paint, frame paint, window paint, thermostats, electrical, IT, ventilation, mini split heat pumps/power, controls, Test & Balance, roof curbs, roof membrane patching and exterior window infill.
