RFP D/B - New Signage Design, and Project Installation

Site Description and current condition. The building is located at 421 Columbus Ave. The building was built in 1966 and recently went through a re-brand. There are currently (2) wall signs on the building that are illuminated channel lettering. The signs are located on the south and north sides of the building. Signs must be removed, discarded, and replaced with new signs that include the name "Central Park Place" and the logo. b. Signs may not exceed the maximum area of 60 total square feet combined and 6" in depth. The sign on the south exterior wall will be linear, and the sign on the north wall will be stacked. Examples provided above. c. Building exterior is a metal panel by Dri-Design and is champagne in color. d. The CAM anticipates interviewing three (3) professionally qualified firms. The purpose of. The interview is to allow the firm/individual to present qualifications, experience, education, training, and past performance in regard to the professional services to be provided. Interviews will also provide an opportunity for the CAM to seek clarification from the firm. The Firm selected for an interview will be notified of the time and place of the interviews. Interviews are tentatively scheduled to take place the week of January 4th, 2023. The CAM anticipates making a final recommendation to the City of Grand Haven on January 16, 2023.
