Description

The scope of the project includes the replacement of the existing water cooled multizone air handling unit with hot water heat coil with a water source heat pump DOAS unit for ventilation air and a water cooled VRV system for space heating and cooling including all associated piping and, ductwork. All existing locally controlled automatic temperature control system shall be replaced in its entirety with a Tridium direct digital control system (by EASI) utilizing electric/electronic actuation. Thermostats, controllers, control valves, damper actuators, etc. shall be replaced in their entirety in a fully turnkey fashion. Work includes all associated electrical work, ceilings and finishes, structural and roofing.
